Beautiful Day In The Neighbourhood

Here is a quotation, taken from the newspaper today. The wonderful leader of the United States of America was meeting with the Prime Minister of England. Maybe they were meeting over lunch, maybe over dinner, maybe over a game of cricket - I'm really not sure. All that I am sure about is that President Bush is a huge moron. Why, you might ask? Well, here is what he lightly said to the Prime Minister :

"The only bad thing about the French is that they don't have a word for 'entrepreneur'...".

I would have given any amount of money in the world to have a camera positioned right on the Prime Minister's face at that exact moment when President Bush uttered those marvelous words. It sure is a good thing that upperclass Brits are extremely well educated and can speak many languages so that the Prime Minister would know exactly how much of a buffoon the President is. Mind you, it doesn't take a wonderful education to see that the word "entrepreneur" is NOT english. Know what else is a good thing? That the U.S. has someone in charge who has proven time and time again JUST how smart he really is. It just makes you feel so safe to know that he's running our neighbouring country, doesn't it? Y'know, it's truly sad...the only thing bad with being Jewish is that there isn't a word for "shmuck".

Gay Marriage is in the next Bill.

Telephone Talkin' (terrible song, I know)

What a day! Filled with phonecalls from all of the boys that I hold near and dear to this sickly heart of mine. It was so awesome. I finally heard from my Cuff, who provided me with the official quote of the day - - Cuff: "I want to make you laugh, but you sound like you're dying". That's true caring...true caring. Then, about 5 minutes after I hang up with Cuff, BluJay calls me, only for us both to have other conversations at the same time and yet still another random conversation between the two of us. And THEN Clay calls me 5 minutes after I hang up with Jay! I sure felt loved today, that's fo sho.
I'm slowly feeling better..."better, but not well" is how my Dad put it, and I agree.
Nothing at all for you guys to catch up on. Oh except that I got an MP3 player today for free with my mom's new cell phone (to which I made "Ramekin" the banner, Jay). It's pretty funky and although it doesn't hold 50 bajillion songs like an expensive MP3, it holds about 100 of my favorite tunes, and I'm excited to use it.
That's it. Apart from it hurting when I breathe in, that's all that's happened today.

When my MP3 player turns off,
it says "Bye-Bye"
and there's a picture of an ugly horse...
I don't know why.
I wish it was a duck.
"Why a duck?"

All These Things That I've Done

[a song by The Killers which you should listen to. It's awesome].

Ok. So you know when you're in McDonald's and all of the beeping is going on from the fries because they're done being cooked in hot grease? And how sometimes a lot of those beeping timers go off all at the same time, but at different times? That is the noise that I am hearing in my left ear...all the time. Now this either means that I want some fries, or that I'm dying.
Taking into consideration the way I STILL feel, I'm going to go with the latter of the two.

My mom thinks I have pnemonia.

I feel bad for complaining so much, friends.
But you'd better deal with it.
I'm good at it.

In One Ear And Out The Other

A short blog so that I don't pester you with my crappy crappy self.
The random 24 hour flu that happened first turned into the not-being-able-to-speak killer sore throat, and now into an ear infection. How this happens? I don't know. All I know is that I spent 4 hours last night in Emergency just waiting for the 2 minutes that it would take for them to say, "Yep, you have an ear infection. Here's medicine and Tylenol 3". Well, after 4 hours of honestly excrutiating pain and the deafness that now is my left ear, I got my medication.
I don't know what's next for this cold, but it seems that every couple of days, something new and wonderful shows up.

Man I'm dizzy.
Hearing out of only one ear is weird.

I Feel The Earth Move Under My Feet

Just a quick little blog because there's not much to catch up on with me. It was odd because I didn't talk to anyone at all today. BluJay, what is this that I read about a breakdown? When did this happen kiddo? I think we need to talk. Oh and good for you with that Big Brothers thing! I just read that too. That's a really awesome thing for you to do kiddo, very awesome indeed.
This is a short blog because I feel like ass.
Know the "sick" that I talked about in my last blog? Well, that "sick" turned out to be a 24 hour flu. I got only about half an hour of sleep at a time last night because I was just tossing and turning and didn't know what was wrong - well I didn't know what was wrong until I got out of bed because it sounded like someone had fallen down (my mom had foot surgery the other day and so I got up to see if something had happened, which it didn't). So, this is at around 7am...I got up to see what was wrong and as I was standing at my door I started to feel a bit nauseated. So that turned into dizzyness, which turned into me breaking into a cold sweat, which turned into me shaking which turned into a huge combination of all of those things, me eventually getting back to my bed and trying to fall back asleep for a while. I continued to wake up throughout the night, only to actually get out of bed again at noon, having the exact same feelings come over me again. Well I finally made it to the basement where I slept for the rest of the day and felt better as the day went on. So now I'm fine, but it sure was a crappy strain of events, let me tell you.
That's all.

The Backstreet Boys were just on Jay Leno.
They performed their single, again.
It's sad, yet cute that they're back.
They do all of the exact same hand movements and faces that they did when they were *cough* younger.
They're still cute.
And Howie still annoys me.

It's All Coming Back To Me Now

Well, I'm getting sick, YET again. I'm not a fan of this. I hate how I have a non-existant immune system. I don't know what it's from...I mean I've been going out more than usual with Clay to some gay bars (and on Saturday a girl was pulling my hand trying to get me to dance with her)...maybe I got a 'minority cold'. People usually get them after they go to Bar Mitzvahs for the first time too, and a gay bar DOES equal a bar mitzvah in terms of minorities getting together, having a rockin' time and having a few majority members crash in on the fun..and the hora. (No, not Clayton, it's a Jewish dance).
I saw Mr and Mrs Smith yesterday and it was so very hot. Brad Pitt in a grey suit kicking the shit out of an equally hot Angelina Jolie. Yeah...there was a lot of eye candy in that movie, but Mr Pitt was just out-of-this-world gorgeous. Wow. He even sang in this movie - it was funny and adorable all at the same time. Hmmm, I wish I knew REAL guys who could sing, act and be attractive, funny and adorable all at the same time. I need to make some friends like that...I wish I had talented guy friends who, oh I don't know, went to my high school, or college for that matter. Oh I know what I should do, I should really check up on that acapella group...what are they called...oh yeah, Apocolypse Cow. I've heard they rock. That would make things even better.

Jason was making fun of me.
This is one of many times.
I took a sticky note and stuck it to my forehead in retalliation.
The sticky note said "Kill" on it.
It fell off of my forehead.
Jason's response?
"Even your death doesn't want you".
Jason = Asshole.

Just In Case...

Someone has been posting something.
It's an online diary kind of thing.
She used to have this thing,
but then it got corrupted by a few sources,
and was closed.
But now it's up and running again.
And I'm pretty sure you can use one of the handy-dandy Sweet Ones to get to this person's online journal/diary thing.
She's an awesome Turkey Dinner/Pigeon Sexer/other half to Rinkle.

Every One Of Us Is Scared

I haven't posted in a long time and since some things have been happening in my life lately, I'm going to post them. First of all, Jen and I saw Madagascar and it rocked, that and we went out for dinner at BP's and had some good laughs and a few good drinks as well. I helped out at GMac with auditions for potential firsties, and they seem very cool. I'm excited to have firsties. The Hojans came into town for a day shorter than was expected, but we had a great time within those two days none the less, including getting Balzer drunk, which is quite unheard of. Too bad Cuff was sick last night, you missed quite a show, dear. Clay, Aaron and I had a great time though...I'm excited for you all to come back so soon...Friday night at Buddy's is the plan. It's really nice to have little grooves to fall back into...I mean, we all had a nice time together when Clay wasn't with us, but it really just isn't the same without him...the whole mood changes and everything seems to be 10x more fun. In comparison to Clay, I'm damn quiet, so having him around makes things liven up. I love that groove, it's one of my favorites. It feels nice to be able to just rely on some things falling back into place like nothing has changed, especially things that you forgot you missed. Well, maybe not forgot - more like misplaced. I'm looking forward to the end of June when we're all together again.
Speaking of having grooves to fall back into, Dee is most definitley missed around here. I haven't heard from you for a while, love, and I sure do miss you. I hope that life is awesome for you, and you'd better call me to fill me in on what's been going on with you lately. I actually called you, how strange is that? That's how desperate I got to talk to you...I actually picked up the phone and made the first move ;) Love you baby.
That about sums up what's been going on with me. Hanging around, playing Sims2 which finally works on my computer, and seeing some great friends. This past week has been the perfect mix of sitting around and going out.

I'm very tired.
I did nothing at all today, apart from play piano.
I am THIS close (shows small amount with fingers) to finishing the first movement of the Pathetique.
Not "pathetic" so don't read it like that.
Learn some French, bih-chuzz.
(Duet = Du-ay)
There is a bottle of Bailey's on my desk with a bit left in it.
I think I'll get trashed in my room by myself before I go to bed.
Rock out Friday night.
